While many products are dispatched directly by our trusted brand partners, every purchase made through Avenue Athletica is supported by our customer service team.

These Website Terms of Sale explain how purchases made through Avenue Athletica work, your rights as a customer and our responsibilities to you. We have written them in clear language to make them as easy as possible to understand.

By placing an order through Avenue Athletica, you agree to these Terms.

3. Using Our Website

We reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions or pricing inaccuracies at any time before your order has been accepted.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through Avenue Athletica, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order.

This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.

At that point, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Avenue Athletica.

6. Availability

Occasionally products may become unavailable before an order is accepted.

If this happens we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will refund any payment already made.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • a pricing error has occurred;
  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;
  • the product has become unavailable;
  • we are prevented from supplying the goods due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Prices

All prices displayed on Avenue Athletica are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include UK VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges unless specifically stated.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes or import charges imposed by their own country.

8. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be dispatched.

We currently accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All payments are processed using secure third-party payment providers.

Avenue Athletica does not store your full payment card details.

9. Delivery

We work with a network of carefully selected independent brand partners. As a result, products within the same order may be dispatched separately and may arrive on different dates.

Estimated delivery times are shown on the relevant product pages and at checkout. These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, tracking information.

Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order, as we may not be able to amend them once your order has been processed.

If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery in accordance with their delivery policy.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@avenueathletica.com and we will investigate with the relevant brand partner or courier.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, customs delays, industrial action, carrier delays or other unforeseen events.

Risk in the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address provided. Ownership of the products passes to you once payment has been received in full.

10. International Orders

Avenue Athletica welcomes customers from around the world.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included within the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may occasionally delay delivery. Avenue Athletica is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local import processes.

If an international order is refused, abandoned or returned due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred before issuing a refund.

11. Returns and Your Right to Cancel

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions. As products may be fulfilled by different brand partners, return addresses may vary depending on the items purchased.

Returned products must:

  • be unused and unworn;
  • be returned in their original condition;
  • include all original packaging, labels and tags where applicable;
  • be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products or satisfactory proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to reduce the value of a refund if a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the packaging;
  • a brief description of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, repair, exchange or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Please do not dispose of faulty products until we have confirmed the appropriate next steps.

13. Brand Partner Fulfilment

Many of the products available through Avenue Athletica are fulfilled directly by our trusted independent brand partners.

This approach allows us to offer a carefully curated collection while supporting independent businesses and reducing unnecessary transportation and warehousing wherever possible.

As a result:

  • products within the same order may arrive separately;
  • dispatch times may vary between brands;
  • individual products may have different delivery methods;
  • returns may be sent to different authorised return locations.

Regardless of which brand fulfils your order, Avenue Athletica remains your primary point of contact throughout your purchase. If you require assistance, our customer service team will be happy to help.

14. Product Quality

We carefully select every brand featured within Avenue Athletica based on our own selection criteria.

While we continuously review our collections and work closely with our brand partners, individual product performance, suitability and longevity may vary depending on normal use, care and maintenance.

Product descriptions, specifications and imagery are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, finish, texture or packaging may occur from time to time without affecting the overall quality or function of the product.

If a manufacturer updates a product or its packaging, the version supplied may differ slightly from images displayed on our website.

15. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Avenue Athletica website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, illustrations, page layouts, icons and website design, is owned by or licensed to Avenue Athletica or our brand partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

18. Gift Cards

Where Avenue Athletica offers gift cards, additional terms may apply.

Gift cards:

  • are non-refundable except where required by law;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • may only be redeemed against eligible purchases made through Avenue Athletica;
  • cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission unless required by law.
