Shipping & Returns


All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. 

We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that depending on your delivery address you may be subject to different taxation rules and additional custom charges, import duties or taxes may apply. Avenue Athletica are not liable for these duties and taxes.

Neither Avenue Athletica nor the Seller have any control over these charges and we cannot advise on their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included.

As Avenue Athletica works with the amazing brands across the world, different shipping charges may apply. Unless individually stated on the brand page, the postage charges are as follows:

United Kingdom Standard Postage - £5.99 (2 - 4 business days)

EU Postage - £14.99 (2 - 11 business days)

All Other Countries - £23.99 (3 - 17 business days)


Please note that each seller has their own returns policy and not all products are returnable so please check on the relevant product page before ordering. Unless stated otherwise in the seller’s returns policy, you will have 14 days of receiving your order to return it.

All products must be returned new, unused, unopened, in their original packaging with any garment tags still attached otherwise they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

Sale items are non-refundable.

With items that are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with tags on. We will also require proof of purchase.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. 

All postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges will not be refunded.

The easiest way to exchange your items is to return the item as above and make a new order. 


Depending where you live, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. This does not apply to products that are listed as non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please check on the relevant product page before ordering. Please note that payment card charges are not refunded.

To cancel your order, please send us an email. Include your name, order reference number and details of the product(s) you wish to cancel. You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point, we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop your order being processed and dispatched even if you email immediately after placing your order. If your order has already been processed when we receive your Contact Us form, you will need to return your order following our Returns guidelines. Your statutory rights are not affected.
