Les Actives

Created by two French cousins, passionated by sport and fashion, but also driven by the desire to consume more responsibly, they created in 2019, Les Actives Paris, a brand of feminine, technical and responsible sportswear.

Les Actives is also a community of women linked by the same goals: taking care of themselves and feeling beautiful every day.
Aware that fashion is one of the most polluting industries, the brand is working to reduce its environmental impact as much as possible.

The first decision made was on inventory by committing to producing only small series and avoid waste.
The second one was to collaborate with small family workshops in France and Portugal. From the design to the final production, including the choice of fabric, the entire production is made in a short circuit to limit its environmental impact. The fabrics are made in France and are OekoTex certified to ensure impeccable quality and unparalleled softness, by supporting French craftsmanship, ordering the French fabrics from a manufacturer in Rhône-Alpes.

By producing in a short circuit, the carbon footprint of each garment is reduced: the production is transported by truck between each workshop and the French fabric manufacturer, which results in less than 1500 km to cover. In addition, their two workshops, in France and Portugal, comply with European remuneration standards, for fair remuneration at each level of production.
