Origin & quality:

We only use organic chicken bones from selected organic farms in Bavaria and Tyrol for our bone broth concentrate. The animals are reared in a species-appropriate manner outdoors.

Storage & shelf life:

Our chicken bone broth concentrate can be kept unrefrigerated before opening. Once opened, the concentrate can be kept in the fridge for at least 4 months.

How do I use the bone broth concentrate?

One jar contains 20 portions of bone broth. Take one teaspoon (approx. 10g) and dissolve the concentrate in hot water or vegetable stock. You can season the bone broth with spices to taste.

What ingredients does the concentrate consist of?

Our bone broth concentrate consists of only 3 ingredients: Chicken carcasses, water and salt. This means that the concentrate is free of allergens.

What is the shelf life of the concentrate?

Unopened, the concentrate has a shelf life of approx. 18 months when it reaches you. After opening, you can store it in the refrigerator for at least 4 months.

Where do the ingredients come from?

We use only organic chicken bones for our bone broth concentrate. Bottled in our manufactory in Bavaria, we source the bones from several farmers who practice sustainable agriculture.

Is the concentrate lead-free?

Yes, regular laboratory tests prove that there is no lead in it. This is common for organic products.

Is the bone broth concentrate free of histamine?

Yes, the product is regularly tested, and no histamine could be detected.
