The Essential Care Duo delivers foundational support for skin health by acting across both internal and external pathways. How to use

Take 1 sachet a day of The Skin Biotic, preferably in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast, dissolved directly in the mouth or in a small amount of water. In the morning and evening, apply a nickel-sized amount of The Gentle Cleanser to damp skin, then gently massage over face and neck. Rinse with water.
