The Skin Biotic

The Skin Biotic is a next-generation nutraceutical developed to modulate the gut microbiome to support actively skin health from within. Acting along the gut–skin axis, it addresses upstream physiological mechanisms that drive inflammation, immune dysregulation and cutaneous imbalance. Its formulation combines a meticulously dosed prebiotic, three proprietary probiotic strains and highly bioavailable forms of retinol and D-biotin, selected for their ability to influence microbial activity, epithelial integrity and systemic inflammatory signalling. 

Through targeted microbial reprogramming, it contributes to systemic and dermatological homeostasis across all skin types and inflammatory-prone profiles, including acne, rosacea, atopic tendencies and sensitivity-related flare-ups. It also plays a key role in maintaining skin longevity by supporting resilience against intrinsic and extrinsic ageing processes.

This solution forms the core of AWvi’s physiology-based approach, where skin regeneration and age-related preservation begin with internal regulation. It can be used as a stand-alone strategy or in synergy with AWvi’s cosmeceutical formulations.
