Avenue Athletica's Green Smoothie
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups of spinach
1 medium banana
1 cup of kiwi fruit or berries
1 spoon of Manuka honey
Optional add ins: protein powder or collagen, etc.
Put ingredients into a blender.
Start blending on low speed and increase to high.
Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until mixture is smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
