Caroline and Lizzy are those sisters who finish each others sentences. Having both been raised in the competitive dance world, daily movement is what makes these sisters feel their best.
After college, Caroline went on to pursue investment sales in New York City. She was a top performer each year at the firm, but was left feeling creatively stifled. Lizzy went on to pursue dance professionally after receiving her BFA in Commercial Dance from Pace University.
When the Pandemic hit NYC in March 2020, Caroline and Lizzy found themselves depending on daily movement to keep them grounded during unprecedented times. As both of their jobs slowed down, they had time to think about what they really wanted in life, which was to create products that encouraged physical fitness and inspired self-confidence.
The activewear they purchased kept missing the mark. They wanted unique, fashion-forward pieces that were both styleable and athletic. Instead of waiting for their dream atheltic-wear brand to appear, they set out to build it themselves.
